Due to recent and long-term sustainable success they are looking to add a Commercial Sales & Leasing agent to the team!!!
What you’ll be doing:
- End to end management of deals for the sale & lease of Commercial properties
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Liasing and negotiating with Lessors and potential Lessees
- Finding properties for clients
What you’ll need:
- 2+ Years of Commercial Sales & Leasing experience
- A current real estate license & drivers license
- Experience with Cirrus8 desirable
- Knowledge of the local property market
- The ability to deal with strong personalities
