As a Commercial Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact in the team for all supplier enquiries, and you will be the 'go-to' person for any enquiries relating to the commercial administration area within the team. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for activating our range on our platform.
- Onboard new range and article build utilising Partner Hub and Mass upload
- Ensure SAP processes and workflows for existing and new articles and amendments are completed daily
- Document new process flows and update process documents within Woolworths
At Work
- Manage supplier relationships whilst onboarding new suppliers as well as directly working with suppliers to onboard products and coach them in Partner Hub issues
- Collaborate with and influence internal business partners (Supermarkets Buying Team, Replenishment, and BSS) to deliver favourable outcomes
