AddressAs the successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Extensive experience in the development and management of the end-to-end Complex procurement process in a Commonwealth environment
- Sound knowledge of, and extensive experience in, contract management administration, practices and processes
- Bigger picture view with long term affects in mind
- Ability to identify contract management risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies in regard to the Risk Management of contracts
- Experience in the management of key stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of Commonwealth Financial Acts, Regulations and systems
- Ability to provide Commercial advice and guidance, specifically in relation to procurement and contract management.
- Formal qualifications in contract management, commercial law or related field – Minimum Diploma level
- Previous experience in the CASG preferably in a SPO environment
- Whole of Government contracting experience
- Understanding of Government gate approval process
- Experience in ASDEFCON suite of contracting templates
