About the role
Join our Community Aged Care, Home Care team as a (Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Officer in this permanent full-time position, located at our office in Cannington office.
Be the first point of contact for new and existing consumers, respond to service referrals, record client data, prepare support plans and ensure CHSP Program guidelines are met.
About you
You’ll love supporting our consumers to have a great experience with us, while also having a:
- A Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent or extensive experience in a community services administration/coordination role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilising your initiative
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Excellent computer skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Covid and influenza vaccination is preferred but not required and
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
