You:
A seasoned Communications Analyst who possesses experience across technology projects. You will be experienced in supporting change initiatives in a large and complex organisation Additionally, you will possess well-developed Planning, implementation, and coordination of programs of complex change, training and communication processes in support of Enterprise change management and systems delivery activities.
The Role:
This is a newly created role that is responsible for the delivery of enterprise systems and business frameworks, as well as training and support for the wider business. The team works closely with other teams, senior leaders and stakeholders across the Business to ensure the successful delivery of Enterprise tools and processes.
Skills and experience:
- Proficient in administration, operational process development, and system implementation, with a demonstrated ability to optimise efficiency.
- Advanced planning and organisational expertise, adept at establishing priorities, allocating resources, and meeting strict deadlines.
- Skilled in relationship management, consulting, and stakeholder interaction, with a proven capability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experienced in crafting professional documentation and delivering impactful presentations.
- Seasoned in supporting change initiatives within complex organisations, coupled with advanced computer literacy, particularly in business software such as Microsoft Office.
