Well established State Government Organization is looking for a Communication, Change and Training Analyst

You will be part of a well-established state government organization responsible for the state's education system.
Your new role
You will primarily be focusing on supporting the communication and Training delivery for the deployment of Oracle Cloud Source to Contract (S2C), Purchase to Pay (P2P) and ERP Financial modules.
Responsibilities include:
Training Material Development
- Develop and review training materials, including video libraries, Quick Reference Guides, and FAQs.
Training Delivery
- Facilitate training sessions for a large end-user base using platforms like Webex.
Communication and Documentation Support:
- Assist in the design and development of communication materials related to change management and Training.
- Maintain the Oracle Cloud Project website with current information.
- Perform secretariat duties for the Project Control Board and assist with other project cadence forums as needed.
Stakeholder and Testing Support
- Manage stakeholder listings to keep communication lines clear.
- Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure smooth transitions and functionality.
