The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Communications Lead to join the Climateworks Centre Team and foster a culture of ‘communicating for impact’!
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for growing a capable and high performing cross-disciplinary editorial and communications team who will oversee all Climateworks Centre’s formal communications across multiple geographical locations. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Group, you will act as an Adviser to the Executive Team in planning and delivering communications activity that builds the organisation’s reputation and influence in line with the Climateworks brand.
Essential to this role will be extensive management experience in media, policy or production environments with the ability to oversee the development of knowledge management systems as well as motivate and develop a high-performance team able to champion editorial excellence across the organisation. In addition, the successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in order to build successful collaborative relationships and achieve consensus at senior levels both internally and externally.
