ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Media and Communications Lead to join VicScreen's Marketing and Engagement Team.
The Media and Communications Lead proactively leads all things public relations and corporate communications for VicScreen – from media enquiries to event promotion, speeches, press releases and beyond.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications, you're a natural communicator with that rare ability to get to the heart of a matter at speed. Calm in a storm and a nimble thinker and problem solver, you're just as capable managing media enquiries as you are writing VicScreen's latest presser or a speech for a global event.
You're a proactive public relations and Communications professional, who has impressive experience in leading Media and Communications activity as well as;
- Public Relations and Corporate Communications Experience: You can develop and execute high impact and innovative publicity activity.
- Communication skills: Ability to deliver logical, sequential and succinct presentations with a strong attention to detail.
- Administration and Reporting Skills: You can efficiently track, review and report on media coverage and industry news.
- Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality client services – day-in, day-out
