Maxima’s expanding footprint over its 35-year history enabling a significant extension of services to new and existing clients and customers. Maxima’s scope includes Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, NDIS plan support coordination and health services to people living with disability through Allied Health Services, First Nations Employment Services and Specialised Employment Services including DES, NDIS and employability training. Our combined offering is one of the most extensive not-for-profit recruitment, training and employment services in Australia, employing 480 staff nationally.

This role will suit a community minded individual that understands the Adelaide labour market, community strengths, and the areas that will help build and support the future outcomes of the customers that connect into our services.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:
Investigate, understand and keep abreast of current trends in the labour market
Promote services within community to support engagement with Maxima’s services e.g. community groups, agencies, employers and registered training organisations,
Collaborate and participate in the establishment and delivery of the Local Area Marketing Plans
Participating and facilitating at community information sessions and attending events, expo’s and forums
Contribute to the development of the Maxima team
This is a fixed-term,( Maternity Leave) full-time role working from Gawler as a base with regular travel required throughout the region.
To succeed in this role, you will have…
Significant experience in the delivery of services to people with barriers to entering employment (desirable) with strong community connections and / or relevant tertiary education.
Experience in delivering high levels of customer service in a complex stakeholder environment
Strong networks in the community and/or employment services sectors and an ability to engage with the local community
Demonstrated experience in marketing / sales.
The Ability to achieve quality outcomes in line with KPIs.
A current driver’s license; national police check and relevant State/Territory working with children check or be willing to obtain.
