We can make that happen.This role will take you all over the north side of Brisbane with patients and their families who are engaged in treatment plans and want to work with you to maximise outcomes. The caseload expected from a clinician on a day to day is achievable, with understanding the bumps along the way and it is completely sustainable. That last part is important - this organisation understands the challenges of the role and works very hard to keep the whole team moving without creating burnout. The team environment is strongly fostered even if you aren't in each other's pockets. Expect yearly team getaways and PD as a key part of this role. The specific age and area of specialty of your caseload can be catered to your specific experience and areas of interest, along with broadening your scope in order to grow and learn. Familiarity with NDIS are very highly regarded, but other experience will most certainly be considered.To join this team you will bring:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Current registration with with AHPRA (or ability to attain)
• Experience with a Paeds caseload (New Grads with a Paeds placement)
• Current QLD drivers licence (for mobile clinicians)
