What you'll be doing Delivering evidence-based clinical care in the community through a range of programs and funding streams including Rehabilitation at Home, Hospital in the Home, Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Program Deliver and implement an active exercise-based approach to client's post-acute orthopaedic surgery, experiencing the effects of aging or managing a chronic condition Things that matter to us Experience in community-based Physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable Tech savvy, strong administration and time management skills.
