Position Details:- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with the option for full-time or part-time employment. Occasional weekend work required (approximately once a month).
- Billing Type: Bulk billing, ensuring accessible healthcare for all patients.
- Practice Software: Utilizing Medical Director for efficient patient management.
- GP Team: Currently comprising three full-time and one part-time GP.
- Patient Demographics: Serving an active patient base of approximately 6000 individuals.
- Daily Patient Load: Varied, with flexibility and an average of 76 patients per day.
- Weekly Gross Billing Capacity: Dependent on individual practice, with an average of 70%.
- Allied Health Support: Available onsite to complement patient care.
- Nurse Support: Dedicated nursing staff providing valuable assistance.
- Established Practice: Serving the community for over 40 years, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Billing Percentage: Generous remuneration model, with GPs receiving 65-70% of billings.
- Initial Retainer: Offered to support transitioning GPs.
