Form of workPublic Sector People are working with a local council in the Western suburbs to recruit a Community Recreation Officer.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Day to day liaison with recreation clubs and committees and organising seasonal user agreements, ground allocations and ground maintenance schedules.
- Assisting with sport and recreation grant applications and project briefs.
- Liaison with project stakeholders on existing recreation projects and assisting with completing milestone tasks.
- Sports and recreation experience within Local Government
- IMS system experience
