About the organisationOur client is a proudly Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation who provide a range of primary and clinical health care services to the Aboriginal people within the region. Some of the programs they offer include Acute Care, Women and Children, Chronic Disease, Syphilis Enhanced Response and many more. 

About the role

As the Community Registered Nurse you will be visiting the homes of women pregnant with an Aboriginal/Torres Straight Islander baby during pregnancy until the child's second birthday, providing education and evidence-based care with a focus on early intervention and prevention of physical and emotional risk and issues.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing
• Full registration with AHPRA – Registered Nurse
• 2 years of post-graduate experience
• Current National Police Clearance 
• Current drivers license 
• Current and up to date relevant compliances
