Job description

This is it….

As our business continues to evolve, core to the Amplar strategy is substantial growth in our hospital substitution, hospital avoidance and clinical home care delivery.

If you are feeling stagnant in your current role and seeking variety in your day to day this could be the role for you. Ready to amplify your career? Join us as a Community Registered Nurse/Case Coordinator.

These are new roles within our homecare business, offering you the opportunity to work on road as a Community Registered Nurse and also contributing to the Hospital in The Home (HITH), SA Community Care (SACC) or Aged Care program in the care coordination space as a coordinator.

We are seeking adaptable, flexible, passionate and experienced clinicians (RN's) to fill these positions and be part of this exciting initiative in our business. You will receive full training and support in each division and will essentially expand your clinical skills being exposed to different parts of our business.

These positions will be offered as minimum 0.8 FTE and you will be required to work across 7 day rotating roster. The ratio we are seeking in these roles are 3 days on road and 2 days in the coordination space (once trained can be WFH).

Visualise it….

A few things we will need from you to be considered. As an unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse you will need to demonstrate recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting and have the ability to spot client deterioration. Our nurses are the backbone of our business, a community role is personally rewarding coupled with flexibility and autonomy.

Chronic wound care and negative pressure experience, PICC care/dressing/removal and cannulation skills are highly desired along with strong clinical reasoning skills and a positive mindset. Experience in telehealth or case coordination within an acute setting will be highly regarded in considering your application.

Be rewarded….

When you join our passionate team you will enjoy;

• Ease your mind with subsidised Medibank health insurance for you and your loved ones
• Up to 6 weeks annual leave (for our full-time employees & deemed a shift worker)
• Enjoy your shut eye as our nurses don't work night shifts
• 14 weeks paid parental leave to be there when it matters most
• Modern technology (iPad and phone) to perform your role (on-road employees)
• Career development opportunities across Amplar/Medibank business
• Discounted ACN membership fees and access to CPD and online courses
• Mandatory quarterly paid training to maintain/upskill clinical skills

If interested submit your CV and if your experience/skills match, we will be in contact shortly.
