With consistent repeat business and a healthy pipeline of work, they are on the hunt for an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to assist in delivery of a $15M commercial project (Ambulance Station) from start to finish.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering a school project from end-to-end in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Working with a Senior PM and a dedicated CA, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trades on-site and ensuring that this project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Need to Succeed
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Manager, supervising commercial construction projects worth $13M +
- Carpentry background with strong technical know-how
- Positive and team oriented attitude
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a site team effectively
