About us
We are a not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in the municipality of Manningham and surrounding LGAs. We have a number of opportunities for enthusiastic and committed Support Workers to join our Community team.
As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
Providing high quality, individualised support services to enable older people to remain living at home.
Working with clients from diverse backgrounds to ensure their individual needs are supported.
Delivering services with compassion, integrity and dignity.
Following tasks as directed per Care Plans and Task lists, such as personal care, general housekeeping, social support and transport.
About you:
Seeking permanent part-time work
Relevant qualification in community services
Current first aid and CPR
A current Police Clearance
Outstanding communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred supports
Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy and insured)
