Community Support Workers

West Wimmera Shire Council has vacancies for casual or part time Community Support Workers across the Shire.

Community Support Workers (CSW) provide domestic assistance, basic monitoring of client wellbeing, and personal care such as support with hygiene, mobility, dressing, toileting and assistance with medications. Other domestic assistance may include (but not be limited to) meal preparation, vacuuming, cleaning, washing, mopping as well as provide shopping assistance (escorted and unescorted) and carer respite.

This is a rewarding and flexible role for those who are passionate about facilitating wellbeing and independence of consumers.
