About the opportunity:
JB Care delivers in-home support services to our clients to help them live supported, and empowered, within their own homes and in the community.
The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing quality, person-centred support and will have experience with a variety of support tasks including;
- Personal care
- Manual handling
- Community care & Social support
- Light domestic assistance
- Promote independence and community participation.
- Day Shifts
- Must be reliable.
- Willing to support client in Gym sessions.
- Must be willing to take client to beach and swim.
- Good sense of humour is desirable.
- Experience in mental health desirable.
- Growing organisation, with SIL housing, Day programs, Disability, and mental health clients in the community.
- Supportive, caring team environment.
- Training and ongoing support provided.
- Casual ongoing roles.
Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable. AIN Experience is highly preferred.

Pre employment requirements:
- NDIS workers check
- Working with children’s check
- First aid
- Police check (valid within the last 3 months)
- NDIS workers orientation model
- Full COVID vaccination certificate or exemption
- Relevant experience or certification required.
