ABOUT THE ROLE
Empower! provides assistance with daily living, health & wellbeing, work readiness, relationship building and importantly, helps people connect with their community and participate. In-home support can include personal care and hygiene, meal planning and preparation, help attending medical appointments and supervising medication, healthy lifestyle support, grocery shopping and assistance participating in activities that support life skills development .
Our Empower program puts the needs of participants first and tailors activities to the goals and aspirations of individuals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate is a professional, energetic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll have experience working in this sector and enjoy the challenges that this type of work brings. You’ll be a great communicator and have a willingness to learn new skills.

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach.
- Ability to follow established support work practices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
