Our Vision of Strong Connected Communities is what drives us daily to ensure our local communities are at the heart of everything we do.About the Role:Intereach is seeking a highly motivated, positive and caring individuals to become part of our dynamic aged care team in the role of Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care.The role of Community Support Worker Home Care is to provide quality services and supports to people over the age of 65 to help them strengthen their capacity to continue with activities of daily living and stay connected to their community. Duties will include respite care, domestic assistance, personal care and other social services.If you have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care and a solid understanding of the needs of older people and their carers with the ability to engage and work in partnership to achieve their goals, then we would love to hear from you.This position is permanent part time, with up to 20 hours available per fortnight and is based in Echuca, Kyabram, Wedderburn or Pyramid Hill.This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (Home Care Employees) as a Casual Level 4.2 with an hourly rate of $33.51.Applications close 12 March 2024 at 10am.What's in it for you?Employee benefits include:a great organisational culturepaid parental leavewe offer all of our employees the option to salary package.
