The role
Ditch your normal 9 to 5! Take control of your work/life balance. We have exciting opportunities for Support Workers to join our amazing team. A variety of shifts available including weekdays, and weekends.
You will be providing direct support across a range of customer needs including, assisting participants to access and have a positive connection to the community.
This position is open to applicants who are new to the industry or have experience across a range of support services.
Skills and experience
- Current driver's License
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain.
- Passionate about seeing people achieve their goals and encouraging independence.
- Understand and champion positive support practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including good listening skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
