The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Community Venue Officer to join the Recreation Services team on a permanent and full-time basis. Your eye for detail will assist you to administer the bookings of the City’s community facilities.
You will be the first point of contact for groups and individuals who hire the City’s Community Centres and Sporting Reserves. Providing excellent service to our customers is critical in this position along with the need to be highly organised. Good computer skills are essential with the ability to learn new systems, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
You are approachable and able to build relationships with a wide variety of members of the community as you interact regarding their events, functions and business bookings.
Salary: $78,894 – $84,150 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
