Job Description:Wood has an immediate requirement for a
Learning & Development Advisor to join our Consulting Business Unit based in Perth CBD in Western Australia. Responsibilities:Working in a dynamic team to implement training and competency recording and assurance services to clients to:
- Ensure Operators hold the appropriate competencies and skills to enable them to carry out their role safely
- Ensure Training & Competence Management Systems are fit for purpose for training records data entry and competence portfolio
- Provide the business with support and advice on competence matters
- Review training and competency frameworks inline with business and industry requirements and standards
- Coordinate and support technical training and competence programmes
- Support internal and external competence assurance activities, including audits
- Support the development and implementation of training resources and processes
Qualifications:- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
Required Experience- Design and development of training and assessment material
- Development of training and competency matrices
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory framework and associated legislation
- Competency mapping
- Adult learning principles
- Facilitation/Training delivery
- Training Needs Analysis
- Stakeholder engagement
- Advanced Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritise and escalate appropriately
- Ability to analyse data and present solutions
