Company Secretary & Executive Assistant to the Board

Join us as our Company Secretary & Executive Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our governance body by meticulously recording meeting minutes, organizing essential documents, and providing crucial administrative support to our esteemed Board. Your expertise will be paramount in facilitating communication between various stakeholders, coordinating special projects, and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. With flexible working hours (equivalent of 3 days per week) and the potential for hybrid arrangements, this position offers both stability and room for growth. Experience and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Minute Secretary or similar role in the human services sector 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and BoardPro or similar board portal software.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

- Understanding of confidentiality requirements and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Certificate or diploma in secretarial studies, business administration, or a related field is desirable.

Remuneration:

Remuneration is in line with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SHADS) 4.1.
