About the Role
*The current Store Manager is on Maternity leave therefore we are looking for someone to cover the role until Feb 2025, however ongoing employment as an Assistant Manager is available upon the end of the term.
As a Store Manager at Hairhouse, you’ll lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail, salon and piercing studio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Implementing proven techniques to guide the team in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Placing orders and receipting stock, as well as processing invoices and completing stocktake as required
- Motivating, coaching and developing team members to build a strong culture
- Exhibiting exceptional time management skills
- Merchandising the store according to brand guidelines and driving successful marketing campaigns
- Maintaining authentic, ethical and transparent communication on store procedures and processes
