Alclad is a family run business operating for over 16 years, delivering market-leading compliant cladding and glazing systems, currently seeking a storeroom manager for Glazing & cladding fabrication and assembly for a full-time position based out of our warehouse in Tullamarine.

About the Role/Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with Production Manager with regard to purchasing required stock from internal and external vendors
- Maintain stock inventory
- Arrange non cut aluminium profiles onto trollies and ready for cutting
- Organise cut aluminium profiles on skids for packaging and storage
- Maintain supplier relationships, with delivery drivers.
- Co-ordination of inwards and outwards stock
- Liaise with internal personnel to co-ordinate and manage stock inwards and outwards.
- Coordinate annual stocktake
- Ensure stock storage areas are kept clean and tidy and free from hazards
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, OHS policies and procedures and all OHS legislative requirements.
- Manage the Yards dispatch/receiving area including any product returns, surplus stock, housekeeping and safety.
Skills and Experience:
- Use of computer system and Microsoft Word & Excel
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Lift, carry, load and unload supplies
- Ability to check delivery dockets with stock received to ensure product and quantities are accurate and discrepancies identified
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and with good time management skills
- Forklift license essential.
- A current Driver's License
- Ability to be a team player.
- Strong leadership and personal organisation skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes are required. Hearing protection and gloves will be provided.
