Fixed Term 14 Months (Maternity Leave Cover)

Remote or Hybrid (AU)

As the Compensation Analyst your primary focus will be to support the Compensation Lead and Head of Reward for Asia Pacific in the delivery of compensation programs and initiatives.

You will be required to:

  • Provide compensation support for captures
  • Engage and consult with HR & Business Areas to provide sound compensation advice and solve complex problems
  • Conduct Market Rate Determination
  • Manage and design Broad Based Retention plans
  • Conduct Gender Pay Gap analysis and implementation action plans
  • Contribute to APAC Reward Reviews
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Additionally, you'll prepare and present data analysis to support informed decision making and develop action plans, source and analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities.

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a business-related discipline and/or experience in a comparable advisory role.
  • Relevant work experience as Compensation Analyst
