• Salary: $ 97,022 to $102,626 - ASO6 - Full Time / Ongoing appointment

The Complaints Resolution Officer is responsible for providing an impartial, effective Complaints Resolution service to consumer, carers and service providers. They will be required resolve complaints by conducting conciliations and investigations. This service also provides support to the HCSCC Assessment Service and assists with front line enquiries where necessary.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

• A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
SA Health Services are required to implement the in the workplace.
Special Conditions

• Some work outside of normal office hours will be required including actively participating in HCSCC promotional activities.
