About the Role
Our team of Support Workers provide day-to-day assistance to adults and children living with disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions. When your job is to give someone the freedom to live life how they choose, each day is different – and there’s plenty of fun to be had along the way!
We are looking reliable disability Support Workers to assist our clients in the Perth Metro Area.
The right candidate will have flexible availability for various shifts from Monday to Sunday, including nights. This role is a permanent 38hrs weekly. Salary range $63,000 - $73,000 inclusive of penalties.
Duties and Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care
- Manual handling and hoisting
- Social support and companionship
- Appointments
- Domestic duties and meal preparation
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in Client Ventilator Management
- Experience in Client Tracheostomy Care
- Experience in PEG Feeding
- Experience in Bowel, Bladder, Dysphagia
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- First Aid and CPR certificates
