AddressOur client is a well known player in the ApartHotel sector in Brisbane. They are experience rapid growth and in turn are seeking a Compliance and Trust Manager to join their team. They are searching for someone with experience in Property Management Systems or Trust Accounting. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team and upskill yourself in the property sector.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with trust accounting processes and legislation across all all company accounts in alignment with state regulations.
- Conduct end of month trust accounting procedures and the disbursement of funds to owners and other stakeholders.
- Oversee all property management systems (PMS, RMS 9 + Cloud)
- Ensure standards are met and fit for purpose to align with the strategic direction and enterprise framework for the organisation.
- Assist in updating standard operating procedures and conduct any necessary training to your team.
- High level stakeholder management and integrity with all dealings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5+ years of compliance or trust accounting experience.
- Experience with Property Management Systems. (RMS 9 + Cloud)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to work in a team and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a lean environment.
