An exciting opportunity exists to join our Compliance team as Senior Manager - Compliance Incidents and Breaches as a secondment opportunity until 1 February 2025.
About the role
As Senior Compliance Manager - Incidents and Breaches, you will oversee the Incident and Breach reporting function across the Australian Retirement Trust.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will lead the provision advice and comprehensive analysis to the business, including senior stakeholders and Committees, pertaining to the identification, assessment, remediation and prevention of Incidents and Breaches.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the Group’s breach reporting satisfies the complex legislative obligations.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too:
- Experience leading a team, including performance management, leading change, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Regulatory breach experience within the financial services industry.
- An understanding of licensee obligations under APRA and ASIC licensing regimes and the practical application of those requirements.
- The ability to advocate, promote and embed a strong culture of compliance across the business.
