About the role Reporting to the Compliance Lead, the Compliance Coach partners with Franchisees and Operations Teams across Craveable Brands to support restaurant performance and to ensure restaurants are complying with relevant legislation & operational brand standards. This role conducts regular auditing across our restaurant network, ensuring restaurant teams are complying with brand standards, customer experience & legislative requirements in Food Safety, Workplace Health & Safety & Employee Relations. Key to this role are providing meaningful insights, action plans and coaching to franchisees on best practices. NB: This role requires frequent travel in Sydney Metro and regional areas. Further details are provided throughout the recruitment process. Key Activities Include: Create Winning Collaborations Provide advice, guidance, and support to Franchise Partners to improve compliance. Strengthen group networks promoting shared learnings and problem solving. Share learnings and collaborate with peers leveraging the opportunity for connections across all Craveable Brands. Conduct Restaurant Operational Compliance Audits Undertake restaurant operational compliance audits in accordance with agreed business cycle in all restaurants. Enter audit findings and results in the compliance system and generate action plans. Provide Franchise Partners and/or Shift Managers with a detailed debrief after each audit to ensure focus areas and action plans are agreed on. Identify opportunities that will improve process, procedures and ensure continuous compliance in restaurants. Escalate identified high risk | critical Non-compliance issues to State Manager, Franchise Partner and Business Consultant for immediate rectification. Maintain relevant and updated knowledge & content regarding operational procedures across their brands. Coaching & Support, Communication with Brands Provide constructive and encouraging feedback to restaurant team members and Franchises to encourage continuous improvements. Identifying & delivering coachable moments to add value in restaurants to ensure good practices and behaviours are always followed & maintained. Share learning & collaborate with peers & Brands Ops leveraging the opportunity for continuous improvement. Discuss identified emerging non-compliance issues with operations team. Liaise with Operations and Training team to share insights in operational training gaps. About You Previous experience in a similar audit and/or compliance role in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), hospitality, or related industry. Understanding of operational and commercial aspects of a business and the ability to identify risks in these environments. Strong attention to detail.
