About the Role
Our client are a well established NSW Government body, established to ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have access to affordable, quality housing. They are now after an experienced Compliance Project Manager to come in and join the team at their Parramatta office on contractual basis until March 2025.
Candidate's MUST have previous property asset management, and compliance Project Management experience, coupled with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage and assist with the transfer of company owned properties from the current housing provider to another
- Liaising with possible new property providers to determine if they would like to take on these properties
- Facilitate rental arrears collections
- Reduce rental arrears through the design, implementation and adoption of process-driven solutions, discerning between issues arising from property maintenance and tenancy management is critical.
- Support stakeholder engagement, analysis and will be responsible for the identification of issues/opportunities, and designing, planning, and delivering solutions
- Gather and analyse requirements to understand business concerns and work with business owners to determine best outcomes
- Assist with market stewardship shaping activities.
Please note you will work 40 hours per week, and 8 hours per day. WFH Flexibility is provided as part of your role. The assignment is due to end in March 2025.
About You
You will be an experienced Compliance Project Manager/Property Manager with proven experience and reliability in previous positions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Good communication and people skills
- Previous Compliance Project management experience
- Property asset management experience
- Realtor and tenancy management experience
- Ability to incorporate external market best practice to business solutions
- Problem solving skills
- Report writing skills
- Expertise with MS Office (PPT, XLS and DOC)
