Compliance Support Officer

This role is to provide Compliance Support to Epiroc Australia and ensuring that the requirements of Epiroc's Global Trade Compliance Policy are met.

Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to:

• Administrative Support: provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and broader Compliance Team, as directed.
• Legal and financial compliance: monitor and follow up key compliance action due dates and help to administer Epiroc's key compliance programs. 
• Risk management and internal control; support Epiroc's entity-level risk assessment process by following up with risk owners and by assisting the Compliance Manager with the completion and documentation of periodic internal control testing
• Company Formalities and Governance; assist the Compliance Manager and Property, Insurance and Governance Officer with support in relation to the preparation of meeting agendas, taking of minutes as required and scheduling of meetings.

The successful applicant will have:

• A background in and understanding of administration practices
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to communicate effectively will put you on the path to success within Epiroc
• Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded
• High level of integrity
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating and stakeholder management skills
• Structured approach;
