Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure OH&S standards are complied with at all times
- Undertake infusion and manufacturing processes of medium to large FRP vessel components according to schedule in a timely manner
- Participate in packing precut digital kitted composite fabrics into moulds ready for shoot
- Participate in the installation of vacuum and feed lines
- Participate in bagging parts
- Participate in pulling finished parts from moulds
- Perform quality assurance and inspection processes throughout the department
- Conduct mould care, prep, upkeep and repair activities
- Reduce quality issues, gel coat imperfections, air voids
- Strong communication and organization of work areas and work groups
- Assist with training and supervising of apprentices
Selection Criteria:
- 5+ years of large scale closed moulding experience (boat building preferred) in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience with silicone bagging preferred
- You must be willing to work to flexible hours (including weekends) where required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Seeking a highly skilled & experienced Boat Building & Repairer (Infusion Technician) that considers themselves as a strong all- rounder to bring their expertise to this role. This Full-Time position involves working with production teams to a tight schedule and advising in all trade and technical aspects of closed moulding and infusion manufacturing process.
