Our clients are an established, remedial building contractor, providing responsive and high-quality service to commercial, industrial, and multi-residential properties across Sydney.
They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to provide office support to their customers and senior management. You should be able to work effectively and co-operatively with others and establish and maintain good solid relationships.
The day will be sent preparing quotes, sending quotes, setting appointments, and assisting all customer/client enquiries.
Responsibilities:
• First point of contact to customers and clients
• Answer daily calls, transfer to relevant departments, take accurate messages.
• To field, filter and record all job/quote requests from clients.
• Assist with sending and managing quotations and tenders.
• Data entry and management to ensure accurate records are kept.
• Compiling and preparing reports for customers and senior management as requested
• Scanning and manual filing system for effective data control
• Liaise and interact with other staff/management.
Skills/Experience
• Construction industry experience preferred (not essential)
• Experience working with a trade support office (e.g. Plumber, electrician, painters, builders) highly desirable.
• Experience using Nexiva (project management software) highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proactive - can do attitude.
• Must be able to juggle and manage multiple priorities and prioritise accordingly.
• Attention to Detail and Accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
You must have a strong understanding of sales, customer service, and have a great work ethic, be deadline focused and be able to work autonomously.
