About The Role:
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking and performing network, systems and cloud project implementation and deployment duties.
- Providing Pre-Sales support and Consulting services.
- Effectively manage, triage and troubleshoot IT issues to an ITIL framework.
- Designing, deploying and supporting solutions for Cloud Migrations, Virtualisation, Networking, Servers, Storage and Backups.
- Undertaking research and development duties.
- Assisting with escalated technical support requirements.
- Train and mentor L2/L1 staff (via ticket escalation and resolution procedures)
- Work as part of a team, being responsible for leading the delivery of some projects whilst supporting others.

- Salary range $100,000 - $120,000 plus expenses, devices, WFH setup, salary package available
Your Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in an IT support and network engineering role in MSP
- Previous experience in leading and delivering IT projects essential
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and supporting Networks, Windows Server Infrastructure and Azure and M365 services.
- Strong experience with network/systems migrations and upgrades -Network/server/storage infrastructure, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Virtual Desktop, VMware/Hyper-V, and MDM solutions.
- Knowledge of Meraki, WatchGuard and Cisco network equipment.
- Knowledge of all aspects of IT Security – On-Premises and Cloud
- Experience in designing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting:
LANs and WANs, including firewalls, routers, switches, access points and modems
Common anti-virus and IT security products
Backup, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery technologies and processes
Various business systems and applications
- Tertiary education in Information Technology/Project Management as well as Azure, Microsoft and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
- Experience in implementing and configuring Service Desk tools like Remote Monitoring and Management, IT Service Desk ticketing and documentation tools such as Datto RMM/Autotask/IT Glue
- ITIL experience and certification.
- Project management experience and certification.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
- A current driver's license and vehicle.
