Roles and Responsibilities:
- Becoming a Brand Ambassador, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results.
- Inspires and motivates team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Building strong Clientele based relationships.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive store performance.
- At least 1-2 years previous retail Management experience.
- Experience in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft etc, also the POS system.
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
