ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Concession Store Manager you will:
- Offer exceptional customer service and styling tips to your customers.
- Be stylish, confident and take pride in your appearance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
- Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Be a brand ambassador for this label
- Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for fashion, with an eye for detail and the desire to style your customer from head to toe
- Have Retail Store Management experience
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Have strong communications and relationship building skills
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Be warm, honest, positive and creative in going above and beyond in styling our customers
- Possess sound visual merchandising skills
