We are looking for a Social Media all rounder and Content Creator to join our team in driving forward the new way of living in Perth.
This role is ideal for a graduate, a current university student, or simply someone with a passion for creativity, Social Media, and engaging communication.

The role
You will be working across the portfolio of brands in the group, predominantly The HMO Property Co including The HMO Property Show Podcast and Living Rooms property management and lifestyle company.
We are looking for someone with a creative eye, who keeps up with the latest trends & technology and can produce epic content relevant to each brand and its objectives.
Location
This role will operate out of our head office is in South Perth.
Ideal candidate will have;
- Experience/ extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook beyond casual use.
- Experience with editing tools and basic graphic design skills including Canva and Capcut (or similar).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and able to create content that captures attention.
- Excellent written communication skills, and ability to write engaging copy
- Ability to work independently while maintaining the voice and ethos of our brands.
- Experience with Social Media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mentality, open to learning and is comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute the concept and creation of ads, including writing copy, filming and editing all assets.
- Create high-quality, on-brand content for all Social Media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube
- Creating and overseeing a content calendar to ensure a consistent and impactful content flow.
- Write and edit copy for Social Media posts, captions, and hashtags.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on Social Media platforms.
- Track and report on Social Media metrics and use data to optimise content and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new Social Media platforms.
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
