The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Metropol Concierge Team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
- Providing information and securing arrangements on guests' behalf in accordance with Crown's service standards
- Assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the concierge team
- Perform concierge services including booking of tours, transfers and restaurant reservations.
You'll bring the following:
- Strong computer skills - particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in providing superior service standards
- Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Hotel operations experience in a frontline role
- Experience using OPERA Hotel Property Management System
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
This role requires flexible availability as shifts will be rostered Monday - Sunday.
