Salon Lane is recruiting for a dynamic Concierge based at our Lower North Shore location. We seek a flexible, hardworking team player to join our rapidly expanding team!

6th May 2024 Start.

40 hours a week.

Tuesday - Saturday(No Late Nights!)

With multiple sites in Sydney and Brisbane and more in the pipeline, Salon Lane provides a move-in-ready solution that not only gives hairdressers, beauty therapists and other industry professionals complete control over their business and profits but also a safe space and support network designed to empower them to become successful entrepreneurs.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Concierge will be critical to the smooth day-to-day running of our portfolio of growing sites, liaising with the Member Experience Manager on all operational and member issues. 

You will be the face of the brand and responsible for first-class member and client experience.

MEMBER & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT 

Create a fun, positive and welcoming environment for members and guests. 

In conjunction with the Member Experience Manager, be the primary point of contact for members and assist them with any enquiries and resolve issues.

Managing reception duties such as answering calls, and managing the site’s email account.

Check Office RnD daily for casual bookings and manage the booking of available space

Ensure the member experience is consistently exceptional and retention rate targets are met. 

Assist in event logistics and pre-event preparation matters.

Assist with connecting members to take advantage of client referrals.

Assist with member move-ins and move-outs.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

3+ years’ professional experience in hospitality, administration or Front of House.

Immaculate presentation standards.

Experience in coworking, hospitality, events or hair or beauty salons is looked on favourably.

Must be friendly and energetic but polite.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. 

Technically competent and able to understand and work with online software applications.

Other computer skills including MS Office, Google Docs, Zoom, Trello, Asana, Slack LinkedIn & Dropbox.
