About the role:
- Working Monday to Friday, Fulltime

- Workplace concierge role includes Data entry, administrative tasks, customer service, customer focus.
Snapshot of your day:
- Leading and training Concierge Team members
- Proactively welcoming all visitors and offering your assistance
- Action all requests in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Customer and visitor management
- Access card administration for both visitors and staff
- Mail management and advising customers of any deliveries.
- Managing meeting room bookings and cleanliness
- Floor walks throughout the day
- Work as a team, assisting where you can and practicing an effective and professional level of communication amongst your team.
- To act as the fire warden (floor warden) in case of fire emergencies.
- To be the first aider for emergencies
About you:
- Strong reception, front office, hospitality/customer service experience in previous roles
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for people and customer service
- Attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure and ability to multi–task
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player
- Able to confidently administer first aid (training will be provided)
- Able to act as an Emergency Warden in the event of a fire (training will be provided)
