Demand Planning supervisor to manage the
Demand Planning process and ensure that the team meets its goals and objectivesReporting to the Parts Planning And Replenishment Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor our Demand Planning Team, providing expert guidance to achieve objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Dive into historical sales data and trends, transforming them into precise demand forecasts.
- Collaboration Champion: Work closely with our branch network, understanding upcoming demand scopes and coordinating machine shutdowns for project-specific needs.
- Inventory Optimization: Keep a vigilant eye on inventory levels, making real-time adjustments to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Internal Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with our remanufacturing facilities, ensuring they align with demand requirements.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and enhance Demand Planning processes and tools.
- National Demand Aggregation: Collect data from branch networks and systems, consolidating a cohesive national demand plan for seamless integration into D365.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Tackle additional assignments as directed by management.
