Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Concrete Batcher to join our team in Long Gully. The Concrete Batcher will be responsible for overseeing the batching process, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain batching equipment to produce concrete batches according to specifications.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust batching processes as necessary to meet demand.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Maintain accurate batch records and inventory management.
- Perform routine maintenance on batching equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in concrete batching or similar role preferred.
- Technical knowledge of concrete production processes and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
