Experience, qualifications and skills
- White card
- High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Concrete Placing Boom licence (PB)
- HR Licence
- Experience working on civil projects
- Ability to effectively work with other trades and labour to meet deadlines
Key responsibilities
- Safely set up the concrete pump equipment ready for the concrete delivery
- Operate the pumps to transfer and place concrete with precise delivery
- Monitor and adjust flow rates to assist in the achieving the required concrete finish
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the concrete driver and site team during the pour process
- Perform inspections and maintenance on the equipment to ensure it is in good condition and fit for purpose
