Concrete Pump Operator

Our client currently have numerous projects at commercial and residential construction sites across the Northern Territory this includes Saturdays and occasional Remote work. With a commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join the dynamic Darwin team.
Job Description:
As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by efficiently and safely operating Concrete Pumps. Your primary responsibility will be to transport and deliver concrete to various job sites, ensuring precise and accurate placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Concrete Pumping equipment and possess the skills necessary to operate and maintain the machinery.

• Operate Concrete Pumps to transport and place concrete on site
• Safely set up and dismantle the pump at job sites, ensuring proper placement and stability
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate concrete delivery schedules
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Concrete Pumping equipment
• Troubleshoot and address any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records of pump operations, including daily logs and maintenance reports
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Pump Operator.
• Possession of a valid HR, High Risk Boom Ticket and a White Card
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to a safe working environment.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment components.

Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation up to $104,000 annual salary and possible for an overtime pay.
