AddressD'Aquino Constructions are a fast-paced and rapidly growing CONCRETE STRUCTURE construction company. We are hiring an experienced and proven Estimator to contribute to our ongoing growth.
This is a casual position and would suit someone currently employed within the Melbourne construction industry looking for another stream of regular income.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Complete quality & detailed take offs for all required areas & items.
- Prepare and coordinate high quality and accurate tender proposals and submissions
- Source and collate supplier and contractor quotes
- Review, develop and maintain accurate and up to date cost information
- Preparation of construction budgets for handover to the construction team
- Help continually improve our estimating processes and systems
Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline / equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in an Estimator role working across multiple projects, ideally in Tier 1 & 2 CONCRETE STRUCTURE contractors.
- Proven background on low - mid rise apartment projects and multi warehouse developments.
- Sound understanding of construction systems and methodologies.
- A strong team focus, and highly motivated
