      About the role:

Responsible for all estimating within the company as follows:                        

• Monitoring of estimating inbox including management of Estimate One tender invites.
• Reviewing and coordinating tender documentation. 
• Producing accurate take-off using estimating software Blue Beam. 
• Estimate checking and putting together final quotations.
• Client liaison including requesting required/missing information and follow ups of outstanding quotes.
• Scheduling and ordering materials for projects.
• Some basic admin duties including printing, scanning, laminating, electronic filing.
•  Assisting management with project forecasting.
• Other adhoc duties as required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  The ideal applicant:

      What we offer:

• An immediate start in a full-time permanent position where you will be supported by management.
• We reward extra effort, good judgment, use of common sense, team work and hard work with great conditions, a rewarding pay and profit/performance bonuses.
• Salary $70,000 to $80,000 dependent on experience with bonus, phone & fuel allowance after trial period.

      Prerequisites:

• Immediate start favorable              
• Must have estimating experience, preferably in the concrete industry.
• Experience with Blue Beam estimating software a bonus.
